基层农民国家通用语言文字学习使用能力提升研究——以和田地区为例

Research on the Improvement of Farmers' Ability to Learn and Use the National Common Language—Taking the Hetian Region as an Example

在基层推广国家通用语言文字是我国语言文字事业的重要组成部分,也是乡村振兴战略的重要环节。为了调查基层农民群众国家通用语言文字学习和使用情况,该文主要以和田地区为例,将基层农民群众作为调查对象,采取问卷法和实地访谈法,对基层农民群众国家通用语言文字水平、国家通用语言文字的使用、国家通用语言文字的学习途径等方面进行调查,阐述了在基层推广普及国家通用语言文字的重要意义,分析基层农民群众使用国家通用语言文字的基本情况、动机、态度及学习使用影响因素,总结了基层农民学习使用国家通用语言文字方面存在的问题,从语言学角度提出了相关的对策,以期提高基层农民群众国家通用语言文字学习质量,助力乡村振兴战略。

Promoting the national common language and script at the grassroots level is an important component of China's language and script industry,as well as an important link in the rural revitalization strategy.In order to investigate the learning and use of the national common language and script by grassroots farmers,this article mainly takes the Hetian area as an example,takes grassroots farmers as the survey object,adopts questionnaire method and on-site interview method,investigates the level of national common language and writing,the use of national common language and writing,and the learning methods of national common language and writing by grassroots farmers,elaborates on the important significance of promoting and popularizing the national common language and script at the grassroots level,analyzes the basic situation,motivation,attitude,and learning and using factors of grassroots farmers using the national common language and writing,summarizes the problems in learning and using the national common language and writing by grassroots farmers,and proposes relevant countermeasures from a linguistic perspective to improve the quality of learning the national common language and script by grassroots farmers,and to support the rural revitalization strategy.
