深圳加快提升海洋科技水平策略研究

Strategic Study on Accelerating the Improvement of Marine Science and Technology in Shenzhen

海洋是全球科技竞争的前沿阵地,随着海洋强国建设的全面推进,我国海洋科技力量正在进行重大调整。深圳科技创新等优势突出,近年来在海洋科技领域取得了长足进步,但仍存在较多不足。本文在总结海洋科技创形势、发展基础和主要挑战的基础上,围绕深圳提升海洋科技水平提出四点建议:加快高端创新资源集聚、搭建产业支撑服务平台、强化海洋科技多层次合作、谋划实施产业融合示范工程。

The ocean has been the forefront of global scientific and technological competition.With the promotion of the construction of becoming a marine power,China’s marine scientific and technological pat-tern is undergoing obvious adjustment.Shenzhen has outstanding advantages in scientific and technological innovation,and has made great progress in the field of marine science and technology in recent years,but there are still many shortcomings.On the basis of summarizing the situations,development foundations and main challenges of marine science and technology,this paper puts forward four suggestions on improving the level of marine science and technology in Shenzhen:accelerating the gathering of high-end innovative re-sources,building industrial support service platforms,strengthening multi-level cooperation in marine science and technology community,and planning and implementing industrial integration demonstration proj-ects.
