摘要
聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)因其独特的分子结构而具有优异的性能,如较高的热稳定性和化学稳定性,在电子、食品加工与包装、农业、航空航天、生物医学等领域得到广泛应用;然而,由于强化学惰性和极低的表面能,导致PTFE不容易附着任何附加涂层,严重限制了其大规模应用。综述了PTFE表面改性方法研究进展,包括化学溶液法、等离子体法、辐照法等,在分析各种方法优缺点的基础上,对PTFE表面改性方法的发展趋势进行了展望。
Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)exhibits excellent properties due to its unique molecular structure,such as high thermal and chemical stabilities,and is widely used in fields such as electronics,food processing and packaging,agriculture,aerospace,and biomedicine.However,due to its high chemical inertness and extremely low surface energy,PTFE is not easily attached to any additional coatings,which severely limits its large-scale applications.In this paper,we review the research progress of PTFE surface modification methods,including chemical solution method,plasma method,irradiation method,etc.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,we put forward prospects in the development trend of PTFE surface modification methods.
