水利大坝钻孔灌注桩承载力影响因素及施工工艺设计

摘要 为了确保水利大坝桩基的承载能力和稳定性,研究设计结合封闭式注浆技术和桩端开放式注浆的新型钻孔灌注桩技术。结果表明,未注浆、开放式后注浆、新型后注浆方式的极限承载力分别为12000、12800、22000kN;新型后注浆方式的桩端阻力增加速率最快,相同荷载变化中,其极端阻力由1800kN增加至15000kN。采用新型钻孔灌注桩技术后,桩基承载力的离散性降低,提高了桩基承载力,保证了工程的安全性。研究结果有助于加强施工现场的管理和监测,可为水利大坝工程提供有力的理论支撑。 In order to ensure the bearing capacity and stability of the pile foundation of water conservancy dams,a new type of bored pile technology combining closed grouting technology and open grouting at the pile end was studied and designed.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of non grouting,open post grouting,and new post grouting methods is 12000、12800 and 22000 kN.The pile end resistance of the new post grouting method increases the fastest,and its extreme resistance increases from 1800kN to 15000kN under the same load change.The research has reduced the discreteness of pile foundation bearing capacity,improved the pile foundation bearing capacity,and ensured the safety of the project.This helps to strengthen the management and monitoring of construction sites,providing favorable theoretical support for water conservancy dam projects.
