快速扫描循环伏安法检测大脑多巴胺模拟释放

摘要 为实现准确在线检测多巴胺,关键是解决空间分辨率、时间分辨率和灵敏度的问题。选择直径7μm碳纤维电极,并在碳纤维表面修饰单壁碳纳米管,利用快速扫描循环伏安法对多巴胺的模拟释放进行检测。结果表明,单壁碳纳米管能够明显增大灵敏度,电流增大12.3倍,微米级CF/SWCNT电极能够高选择性、高时间分辨率和低空间分辨率地检测多巴胺的模拟释放。该结果为后续采用快速扫描循环伏安法进行活体在线检测多巴胺的释放提供了理论和实验基础。 To achieve an accurate online detection of dopamine,the key is to solve the problems of spatial resolu⁃tion,temporal resolution and sensitivity.A carbon fiber electrode with diameter of 7μm was selected,and the surface of carbon fiber was modified with single-wall carbon nanotubes,and the simulated release of dopamine was detected by fast scanning cyclic voltammetry.The results showed that the sensitivity and current of single-wall carbon nanotubes could be significantly increased by 12.3 times,and the micron CF/SWCNT electrode could detect the simulated release of dopamine with high selectivity,high temporal resolution and low spatial resolution.These results provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the follow-up in vivo online detection of dopamine release by rapid scanning cyclic voltammetry.
