北苍术苗期除草剂的筛选

摘要 人工种植管理过程中杂草影响着北苍术苗期生长发育,寻找安全、高效、广谱的北苍术苗期除草剂。选用108 g/L高效氟吡甲禾灵乳油、250 g/L氟磺胺草醚、10%苯磺隆三种除草剂,通过外源喷施大田主要杂草(中华苦荬菜、狗尾草和马齿苋)和北苍术幼苗,筛选出适宜的除草剂浓度及合适配比,统计不同处理配比下对杂草和北苍术苗的防除效果。结果说明,108 g/L高效氟吡甲禾灵乳油对禾本科狗尾草防除效果好;250 g/L氟磺胺草醚对三种杂草防除效果均有效但对北苍术有损伤;10%苯磺隆对菊科中华苦荬菜防除效果好;采用0.023 mL/m^(2)108 g/L高效氟吡甲禾灵乳油+0.024 mL/m^(2)250 g/L氟磺胺草醚对北苍术伤害最小,对杂草防除效果最好。研究筛选出的除草剂可为北苍术的大田种植提供一定的理论指导与参考价值。 In the process of artificial planting and management,weeds affect the growth and development of Atractylodes chinensis seedling.In order to find a safe,efficient and broad-spectrum herbicide for Atractylodes chinensis seedlings.Three kinds of herbicides,108 g/L haloxyfop-R-methyl EC,250 g/L fomesafen and 10%tribenuron-methyl,were used to spray the main weeds(Ixeris chinensis,Setaria viridis and Portulaca oleracea)and Atractylodes chinensis seedlings in the field.The suitable herbicide concentration and suitable ratio were selected,and the control effects of weeds and Atractylodes chinensis seedlings under different treatment ratios were counted.The results showed that 108 g/L haloxyfop-R-methyl EC had good control effect on Setaria viridis.250 g/L fomesafen had effective control effect on three weeds,but had damage to Atractylodes chinensis.10%tribenuron-methyl had good control effect on Ixeris chinensis.0.023 mL/m^(2)108 g/L haloxyfop-R-methyl EC+0.024 mL/m^(2)250 g/L fomesafen had the least damage to Atractylodes chinensis and the best effect on weed control.The herbicides selected in this study can provide theoretical guidance and reference value for the field cultivation of Atractylodes chinensis.
