摘要
文章简要介绍了新能源汽车高强韧电池托盘型材的生产过程。针对新能源汽车电池托盘型材断面形状复杂和对强度的高要求,选用6061合金为基础合金,优化设计Si、Mg、Cu、Mn、Cr等各主、次要合金元素的含量;制定合适的熔铸、均匀化处理、挤压和时效工艺制度,使型材产品抗拉强度达到360 MPa以上,满足客户要求。
This paper briefly introduces the production process of high strength and toughness battery tray profile for new energy vehicle.In view of the complex cross-section shape and high strength requirements of new energy vehicle battery tray profile,6061 aluminum alloy is selected as the base alloy in this paper to optimize the content of Si,Mg,Cu,Mn,Cr and other major and minor alloying elements.And the suitable melting and casting,homogenizing treatment,extrusion and aging process are established,the tensile strength of the profile products can reach 360MPa and meet the requirements of customers.
