摘要
以Φ9.5 mm×wt mm规格的Zr-Sn-Nb系合金成品管材为研究对象,使用专用内酸洗机组调整不同的酸液配比、酸水转换时间和漂洗温度开展三组实验,对各组方案所获取的试验样品,采用高温水解分光光度法检测每支试样的氟残留数值;发现内酸洗工艺会显著影响锆合金包壳管氟残留。
In this paper,Zr-Sn-Nb alloy finished pipe withΦ9.5 mm×wt mm size is used as the research object,and a special internal pickling unit is used to adjust different acid ratio,acid-water conversion time and rinsing temperature to carry out three groups of experiments.For the test samples obtained from each group of schemes,high-temperature hydrolysis spectrophotometry is used to detect the fluorine residue value of each sample.The results show that the internal pickling process can significantly affect the fluorine residue of zirconium alloy cladding pipe.
