一维硫化铋纳米结构锂化过程体积变化的原位透射电镜研究

摘要 通过水热法制备了一维结构的硫化铋(Bi_(2)S_(3))纳米棒和Bi_(2)S_(3)纳米带材料,利用原位透射电镜研究了两者一维结构的原位锂化过程,并组装成电池测试了它们的电化学性能。结果表明:Bi_(2)S_(3)纳米带在锂化过程中表现在优于Bi_(2)S_(3)纳米棒的结构稳定性,从而在电化学测试中表现出更好的循环稳定性。 One-dimensional bismuth sulfide(Bi_(2)S_(3))nanorods and Bi_(2)S_(3) nanobelts were prepared through a hydrothermal method.The in-situ lithiation processes of both one-dimensional structures were studied using transmission electron microscopy.They were assembled into batteries,and their electrochemical performances were tested.The results showed that Bi_(2)S_(3) nanobelts exhibited better structural stability during the lithiation process than Bi_(2)S_(3) nanorods,resulting in superior cyclic stability in electrochemical testing.
