Current Situation,Problems and Suggestions of Standardization Discipline Construction and Professional Personnel Training in Colleges and Universities

高校标准化学科建设与专业人才培养是解决我国标准化人才缺乏、从业人员能力不足的重要途径之一。本文从研究生学位点和本科专业点建设情况梳理了我国高校标准化学科建设与专业人才培养现状,分析了目前高校标准化学科建设与专业人才培养面临的主要问题,并针对问题提出改进的对策建议。

The construction of standardization disciplines and the training of professional talents in colleges and universities are one of the important ways to solve the shortage of standardization talents and the lack of competence of employees.This article introduces the status quo of standardization discipline construction and professional personnel training in colleges and universities based on the construction of graduate degree programs and undergraduate professional programs,analyzes the main problems in the current standardization discipline construction and professional personnel training in colleges and universities,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.
