摘要
政务服务标准化是政务服务中心体现科学管理和现代化管理,提供高效服务的基础。本文以长春市政务服务中心标准体系建设为例,介绍了中心依据GB/T 32170的相关要求,结合企业和社会的需求、审批事项办理流程等实际情况,如何开展标准体系建设,并总结了实践经验和创新做法。
Standardization of government services is the foundation for scientific and modern management of government service centers,providing efficient services.This article takes the construction of the standards system of Changchun Municipal Government Service Center as an example,introduces how the center carries out the construction of the standards system in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB/T 32170,combined with the needs of enterprises and society,the approval process and other actual situations,and summarizes the practical experience and innovative methods.
