糖果生产的风险防控要点浅析

摘要 近年来随着消费者对健康类产品的需求以及养生意识的增强,添加了维生素、矿物质及新食品原料等的产品市场发展迅猛,糖果由小朋友喜爱的零食逐渐成为了年轻人时尚的选择,目前主流的产品主要以压片糖果、凝胶糖果为主。规范食品生产企业的过程管理、引导消费者科学理性地选购食用,一直是食品监管部门为群众办实事的重要工作内容。本文主要从糖果的分类、生产过程管理、标签标识相关规定以及检查案例分析等方面对糖果生产的风险防控要点进行分析阐述。 In recent years,driven by increasing consumer demand for health-oriented products and growing awareness of wellness,the market for products enriched with vitamins,minerals,and new food ingredients has experienced rapid growth.Candy,once a favorite snack among children,has gradually become a fashionable choice for young adults.Currently,the mainstream candy products primarily consist of pressed candies and gummy candies.Standardizing the process management of food production companies and guiding consumers to make scientifically rational choices have always been essential focuses of regulatory authorities in the food industry.This article primarily analyzes and elucidates the key points of risk prevention and control in candy production,covering aspects such as candy classification,production process management,relevant labeling regulations,and case studies.
