摘要
烟支硬度由于受限于烟丝结构及吸丝成型,Protos70卷接机直接调控手段较少。为此,通过对影响烟支硬度的物料供给指标进行控制,设备参数进行优化。并对烟支紧头位置偏移、烟丝束在送丝轨道内的烟丝形态差异、烟支硬度与其他物理指标交互影响进行分析。根据分析结果,烟支紧头偏移区间介于[(8.5,21)~(34,46.5)]区域时将导致烟支硬度异常;当负压供给在118~147 mbar时,烟丝在送丝轨道内处于非均匀流时,硬度可控性好;烟支硬度与吸阻的离散程度呈高度线性正相关,与长度呈中度线性正相关。
The hardness of cigarettes is limited by the structure of cut tobacco and its suction molding,so there are few direct control methods for Protos70 cigarette splicer.Therefore,the equipment parameters are optimized by controlling the material supply index that affects the hardness of cigarettes.The position deviation of cigarette tight head,the morphological difference of tobacco bundles in the wire feeding track,and the interaction between cigarette hardness and other physical indexes are analyzed.According to the analysis results,when the deviation range of cigarette tight head is between[(8.5,21)~(34,46.5)],the cigarette hardness will be abnormal;When the negative pressure supply is between 118 mbar and 147 mbar,the hardness of cut tobacco is well controllable when it is in non-uniform flow in the wire feeding track;The hardness of cigarettes has a high linear positive correlation with the dispersion degree of suction resistance and a moderate linear positive correlation with the length.
