基于PERMA理论的高职学生心理健康标准化教育策略探析

摘要 本文探讨了高职学生心理健康问题及心理健康教育标准化的必要性,并结合PERMA理论提出了基于该理论的高职学生心理健康教育标准化策略。首先,高职学生面临着自信心不足、人际关系紧张、情绪管控能力薄弱等问题,需要多方面的支持和帮助。其次,心理健康教育标准化对提升教育水平和保障学生心理健康至关重要,相关文件和标准为此提供了指导。再次,PERMA理论强调了积极情感、投入感、人际关系、意义和成就感等重要要素,为心理健康教育提供了理论支持。最后,针对高职学生的特点,提出了以PERMA理论为指导的心理健康教育标准化策略,包括提升正面情绪体验、活动投入感受、拓展人际交往技能、探索人生的意义与价值以及提升成就感体验等方面的措施,以促进学生的全面发展和心理健康成长。 This paper discusses the mental health problems of vocational students and the necessity of standardization of mental health education,and puts forward the standardization strategy of vocational students’mental health education based on PERMA theory.First of all,vocational college students are faced with problems such as lack of self-confidence,interpersonal tension,and weak emotional control ability,which need support and help in various aspects.Secondly,the standardization of mental health education is crucial to improving the level of education and safeguarding the mental health of students,and relevant documents and standards provide guidance for this.Then,PERMA theory emphasizes important elements such as positive emotion,sense of engagement,interpersonal relationship,meaning and sense of achievement,which provides theoretical support for mental health education.Finally,according to the characteristics of vocational college students,this paper puts forward the standardization strategy of mental health education guided by PERMA theory,including measures to enhance positive emotional experience and activity involvement,expand interpersonal skills,explore the meaning and value of life,and enhance the sense of accomplishment experience,so as to promote students’all-round development and mental health growth.
