国家级临床重点专科标准化体系建设路径研究

Research on Standardization System Construction Path of National Key Clinical Specialties

国家临床重点专科建设属于公立医院持续且高质量发展的关键。为了进一步打破优质护理服务不充分、不平衡等问题,本研究提出国家级临床重点专科标准化体系建设路径,包括构建组织构架及管理体系,持续深化人才发展体制机制的改革创新措施,建设绩效管理体系三个方面,以从省市等各个方面建设阶梯式紧密衔接的临床专科梯队,希望对优质资源布局与结构进行调整、进一步强化指标体系、提升数据质量效益。

The construction of national key clinical specialties is the key to the sustainable and high-quality development of public hospitals.In order to further address the problems of inadequate and unbalanced quality nursing services,this paper proposes a path for the construction of standardization systems for national key clinical specialties including the organizational framework and management system,the reform and innovation measures of continuously deepening the talent development system,and the performance management system,to build a stepped clinical specialty team at various levels such as provinces and cities,which is expected to adjust the layout and structure of high-quality resources,further strengthen the index system,and improve the quality of data.
