慢性萎缩性胃炎规范化治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Treatment for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:分析消化内科临床规范化治疗应用于慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果。方法:选取吉林省四平市中心人民医院于2023年1月至12月期间收治的80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用规范化治疗,根据病情选用替普瑞酮联合雷贝拉唑钠开展药物治疗,对比两组患者在治疗期间的各项指标。结果:治疗后,患者的临床指标均得到有效改善,其中观察组患者治疗有效率、幽门螺杆菌清除率以及转阴、复发率均优于对照组患者,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:使用替普瑞酮联合雷贝拉唑钠进行规范化药物治疗,能够有效改善患者体内幽门螺杆菌数量,提高整体治疗有效率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of clinical standardized treatment in gastroenterology department on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in Siping Central People’s Hospital of Jilin Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.The control group received conventional treatment,the observation group received standardized treatment,and tepredone combined with rabeprazole sodium was selected to carry out drug treatment according to condition,and various indexes of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical indicators of patients were effectively improved,and the treatment effective rate,helicobacter pylori clearance rate,negative conversion rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of teprenone combined with rabeprazole sodium for standardized drug treatment can effectively improve the number of helicobacter pylori in patients and enhance overall treatment effectiveness.
