重症监护室呼吸机治疗患者标准化护理干预效果研究

Study on the Effect of Standardized Nursing Intervention on Ventilatortreated Patients in Intensive Care Unit

目的:研究对重症监护室采用呼吸机进行治疗的患者开展标准化护理的效果。方法:将2023年1月至2023年11月陆军第八十集团军医院重症监护室收治的70例使用呼吸机治疗的患者随机均分为对照组与观察组,前者进行常规护理,后者进行标准化护理,观察不同护理模式下患者疾病相关指标及护理满意度。结果:观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、机械通气时间及ICU住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度要高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对重症监护室呼吸机治疗患者实施标准化护理,可降低患者临床的炎性指标,缩短患者的住院时间,构建良好的护患关系,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of standardized nursing for patients treated with ventilators in intensive care unit.Methods:From January 2023 to November 2023,70 patients treated with ventilator in the intensive care unit of the Army’s 80th Group Army Hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The former received routine nursing,the latter received standardized nursing,and the disease-related indicators and nursing satisfaction of patients under different nursing modes were observed.Results:The incidence of ventilators associated pneumonia,the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing for ventilator patients in intensive care unit can reduce clinical inflammatory indexes,shorten hospital stay and build a good nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical application.
