临床规范化护理管理对改善多发性脑梗死患者预后的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Clinical Standardized Nursing Management on Improving the Prognosis of Patients with Multiple Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨多发性脑梗死患者在临床护理期间应用规范化护理管理措施对于改善其预后的影响。方法:选择2021年1月至2023年10月蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院收治的68例多发性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将患者分为两组,每组34例。对照组应用常规护理措施,观察组应用规范化护理管理。对比两组患者的护理满意度与心理情绪指标。结果:观察组患者在护理后护理满意度、情绪指标评定结果均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:多发性脑梗死患者接受临床规范化护理管理的效果显著,能够有效改善患者的护理满意度,可以有效调节患者的情绪状态,促使患者积极主动配合医护工作,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized nursing management on improving the prognosis of patients with multiple cerebral infarction during clinical nursing.Methods:68 patients with multiple cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups by random number table method with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing measures,and the observation group was treated with standardized nursing management.The nursing satisfaction and psychological and emotional indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The evaluation results of nursing satisfaction and emotion index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with multiple cerebral infarction receive clinical standardized nursing management,which can effectively improve patients’nursing satisfaction,effectively regulate patients’emotional state,and promote patients to actively cooperate with medical care work,which is worth promoting.
