“三位一体”培养目标下课程思政育人逻辑与优化路径——以行政管理学课程为例

摘要 课程思政改革是落实“立德树人”根本任务的战略举措,需将“价值塑造”“能力培养”和“知识传授”三者融为一体、互构互补,从各类课程中不断挖掘思政元素,培养和提升学生的科学素养与人文精神。基于行政管理学课程所蕴含的厚重社会主义核心价值观理念和优秀传统文化元素,在课程思政改革实践中,运用思想政治理论教育的学科思维来处理教材,组织教学内容,将时代的社会的正能量自然引入行政学专业知识教学过程,真正做到“溶盐于水”“润物无声”,彰显专业课程的育人功能。 Curriculum ideological and political reform is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and cultivating people".It is necessary to integrate"ability cultivation","knowledge imparts"and"value shaping"into each other and complement each other.It is necessary to continuously explore ideological and political elements from various courses to cultivate and enhance students'scientific literacy and humanistic spirit.The course of"Administrative Management"contains heavy socialist core values and excellent traditional cultural elements,and is a rich mine for ideological and political education.In the practice of curriculum ideological and political reform,we use the disciplinary thinking of ideological and political theory education to process teaching materials,organize teaching content,and naturally introduce the positive energy of The Times and society into the teaching process of professional knowledge,truly"containing salt in water"and"moisturizing things silently",highlighting the education function of professional courses.
