喷雾消毒对密闭式蛋鸡舍温湿度和氨气浓度的影响

摘要 为研究喷雾消毒对鸡舍空气温热环境指标和有害气体浓度的影响,试验选择两栋建筑结构、饲养条件相同的密闭蛋鸡舍,一栋喷雾消毒、另一栋不喷雾消毒。分别于喷雾前15 min、喷雾后15 min、1 h、2 h、6 h、12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h、60 h、72 h测定各鸡舍的温度、相对湿度和氨气浓度。分别沿鸡舍内长度方向均匀选取5个测定位置,每个位置测定鸡笼的上层、中层和下层3个高度的各指标。结果显示:两栋鸡舍的温度、相对湿度在消毒后6h内均差异极显著(P<0.01),消毒后12~72 h差异不显著(P>0.05);氨气浓度在消毒后1~24 h差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),消毒后36~72 h内差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明:鸡舍喷雾消毒6 h内使鸡舍温度降低、相对湿度提高,喷雾消毒1~24 h内能降低鸡舍氨气浓度。为避免喷雾消毒后对空气环境的不利影响,建议选择温度较高的中午或下午喷雾消毒,在消毒前适当提高舍内温度,消毒后的6h内做好保温工作。 In order to study the influence of winter spraying disinfection on the air temperature and humidity and ammonia concentration,test selection two building structures,the same feeding conditions,the same closed egg monkey,one The building is spray disinfection,and the other does not spray disinfection.The horizontal direction of each chickens in the horizontal direction of each chickenhouse is determined by 15 min,1 h,2 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,36 h,48 h,60 h,72 h after spray,and 72h.The middle layer and the lower chicken head position are determined.(The height from the ground is 0.5 m,1.0 m and 1.5 m respectively),air temperature and relative humidityand ammonia concentration.The results showed that the temperature of the two chickens,relative humidity was extremely significant in 6 hours after disinfection(P<0.01),the difference between 12h~72h after disinfection(P>0.05);the concentration of ammonia gas was significantly or significant after the disinfection of 1h~24h(P<0.05 or P<0.01),The difference in 36h~72h after disinfection is not significant(P>0.05).The results showed that the temperature in the house decreased and relative humidity increased within 6 hours after spraying in winter,and the ammonia concentration in the house decreased within 1~24 hours after spraying.In winter,in order to avoid the adverse effects of spraying disinfection on the air environment,it is suggested to choose high temperature spray disinfection from noon to afternoon,raise the temperature of the house appropriately before dis infection,and do a good job of heat pres ervation within 6 hours after disinfection.
