摘要
本文重点介绍了水产品新鲜度快速检测技术的原理和应用,包括感官仿生技术、生物传感器技术、介电特性、光谱技术等,讨论了这些方法的优点和缺点,并对水产品新鲜度快速检测方法的研究重点及未来的研究趋势做出展望。
This article focused on the principle and application of rapid detection technology for freshness of aquatic products,including sensory biomimetic technology,biosensor technology,dielectric properties,spectral technology,etc.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed.In addition,the research focus and future research trends of rapid detection methods for freshness of aquatic products were prospected.
