Characteristics of Technology Subjects

技术主体的主要构成成员包括工程师、技师和企业家。作为技术活动的主导力量,技术主体以敏锐的感知力从常规情境中感觉疑惑,觉察问题,同时以出色的现场行动能力,充分运用现实有限条件,合理借助、借鉴科学理论和艺术理念,实现对现存系统的高效、优化改造,从而使技术主体的感知力、创建力、行动力等特质得到充分体现和发挥。

Technology subjects consist mainly of engineers,technicians and entrepreneurs.Technology subjects as the leading force of technology activities perceive doubts and problems from the conventional situation with their keen perception.At the same time,with excellent on-site operational ability,they make full use of the current limited conditions,and reasonably draw on scientific theories and artistic concepts to realize efficient and optimized transformation of the existing systems.Accordingly,technical subjects fully embody and exert their characteristics such as competence of perception,competence of creation,competence of action,and so on.
