摘要
教育家精神独具特色的时代内涵,丰富了中国共产党人的精神谱系。强教必先强师。新时代师范生是教师队伍的后备力量和生力军,以教育家精神引领师范教育高质量发展,有助于落实立德树人根本任务、为师范生向教育家型教师看齐锚定精神标识。立足教育家精神的时代内涵和价值驱动,师范院校要从思政课引领、“大先生”教学、多元化培育多个维度探索师范生培育的实践进路。
The unique era connotation of spirit of educators has enriched the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists.We must have better teachers first if we are to strengthen education,and teacher-training students are the reserve force of future teachers.Guiding the high-quality development of teacher-training education with spirit of educators is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and anchoring the spiritual identity for teacher-training students transferring to educators.Based on the value-driven era connotation of spirit of educators,normal colleges and universities should explore practical approaches for cultivating teacher-training students from multi-dimensions such as guidance of political and ideological courses,“grand master”teaching,and diversified cultivation.
