文化润疆是以习近平同志为核心的党中央从战略上审视和谋划新疆工作作出的重大战略部署,是新时代党的治疆方略的重要组成部分,是马克思主义中国化时代化的最新成果。多层次、全方位、立体式讲好新疆故事,是推进文化润疆工作的重要手段。深入开展文化润疆,必须坚持以习近平文化思想为引领,以增进文化认同为目标,在坚守中华文化立场、深入阐释中华民族现代文明丰富内涵的基础上,厘清讲好新疆故事的话语体系、叙事逻辑和实践路径,进一步增强新疆各族人民对伟大祖国、中华民族、中华文化、中国共产党、中国特色社会主义的认同,为有形有感有效铸牢中华民族共同体意识赋能增效。

Cultural Replenishment of Xinjiang is a significant strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core after examining and planning Work on Xinjiang.It is also an important part of the Party’s governance strategy in the new era and the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxism.Telling Xinjiang stories in a comprehensive,multilevel,multifaceted way works as an important means to promote the Cultural Replenishment of Xinjiang.The work to advance the Cultural Replenishmentof Xinjiang should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s cultural thought,aim to enhance cultural identity and clarify the discourse system,narrative logic,and practical path of telling Xinjiang stories based on adhering to the Chinese cultural standpoint and making a profound interpretation of the rich connotations of the modern civilization of China,so as to further enhance the high identification of the people from all ethnic groups in Xinjiang with the great motherland,the Chinese nation,Chinese culture,the Communist Party of China,and with Socialism with Chinese characteristics,and to empower the work for fostering a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation in the concrete,sensible and effective way.
