Countermeasures and Suggestions for Constructing Green Consumption Culture in Hebei Province

为推动经济社会高质量发展,促进绿色消费势在必行。基于河北省经济社会发展的实际,对河北省绿色消费文化现状展开调研,分析调研数据,总结当前河北省建构绿色消费文化面临的问题与挑战,提出从四个方面建构河北省绿色消费文化,为河北省经济社会的发展提供强有力的价值引领,即贯彻新的发展理念,推进产业结构绿色转型;坚定文化自信,把握绿色消费文化构建方向;加强宣传教育,弘扬日常生活绿色化风尚;完善体制机制,推动绿色消费文化制度建设。

In order to promote high-quality economic and social development,it is imperative to promote green consumption.Based on the actual economic and social development of Hebei province,this paper carries out a survey on the status quo of green consumption culture in Hebei province.After analyzing the survey data,this paper summarizes the problems and challenges faced by Hebei province in the construction of green consumption culture and proposed that we should construct green consumption culture and provide strong value guidance for the economic and social development in Hebei province in four aspects:implementing the new development concept and promoting the green transformation of industrial structure;firming cultural self-confidence and grasping the direction of green consumption culture construction;strengthening publicity and education to promote the green style of daily life;improving the system and mechanism and promoting the construction of green consumption culture system.
