微时代高职院校提升思想政治教育实效性工作路径探究

Exploring the Working Path of Improving the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities in the Micro Era

微时代信息传播、社交群体裂变速度快,以及传播内容碎片化,对高职院校大学生产生了潜移默化的影响,表现在个性化的“微”表达、自主化的“微”学习、隐蔽化的“微”心理和数字化的“微”行为等方面。微媒体的传播性、信息的海量性和网络环境的复杂性对传统思想政治教育模式、内容和管理带来挑战。微时代提升高职院校思想政治教育实效性的工作路径在于:(一)树立“微理念”,营造“微环境”;(二)搭建“微平台”,实施“微教育”;(三)善用“微媒介”,创设“微课堂”;(四)立足“大课堂”,强化“微实践”。

In the micro era,the speed of information dissemination and the fission of social group is very fast,and the content of dissemination is fragmentated,which has a subtle influence on college students in higher vocational colleges and universities in terms of personalized micro-expression,autonomous micro-learning,hidden micro-psychology and digital micro-behavior.The traditional mode,content and management of ideological and political education are challenged by the dissemination of micro-media,the massive amount of information and the complexity of the network environment.In the micro era,the working path for enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and universities is:(1)establishing the“micro-concept”to build the“micro-environment”;(2)building the“micro-platform”to implement“micro-education”;(3)making good use of“micro-media”to create“micro-classroom”;(4)basing on the“big classroom”to enforce the“micro-practice”.
