2023年茶叶加工技术研究新进展

摘要 文章系统综述了2023年茶叶加工技术研究新进展,主要涵盖六大茶类及茉莉花茶的加工技术、工艺、设备等方面的研究成果。同时,基于现有的研究成果,面对加工技术、生产设备和市场等多方面的挑战,对未来茶叶加工技术发展趋势作出了预测,以期为今后茶叶加工技术创新、茶产业转型升级及茶产业高质量发展提供有益参考。 This paper systematically summarized the new research progress of tea processing technology in 2023,mainly covering the research results of processing technology,technology and equipment of six kinds of major teas and jasmine tea.At the same time,based on the existing research results,facing the challenges of technology,production,equipment and market,the future development trend of tea processing technology was predicted,in order to provide useful reference for the future innovation of tea processing technology,transformation and upgrading of tea industry and high quality of tea industry.
