摘要
高等职业院校教师企业实践是建设“双师型”师资队伍的重要途径之一。通过对宁夏13所高职院校进行调研,发现高职院校教师企业实践存在政策制定不健全、激励制度不完善、企业接收高职院校教师实践动力不足、高职院校责任意识淡薄、教师企业实践内部动机不强等问题。针对这些问题,提出健全企业实践政策内容、优化企业实践激励制度、激发企业接收教师入企实践的动力、增强高职院校的责任担当意识、强化教师企业实践的内部动机等对策。
Enterprise practice of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities is one of the important ways to build a“double-quality teachers”teaching staff.Through the research on 13 higher vocational colleges and universities in Ningxia,it was found that the enterprise practice of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities has the problems of unsound policy formulation,imperfect incentive systems,insufficient motivation for enterprises to accept teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities for enterprise practice,weak sense of responsibility of higher vocational colleges and universities,and weak internal motivation of teachers for enterprise practice,and so on.In response to these problems,countermeasures are proposed to improve the content of enterprise practice policies,optimize the incentive system for enterprise practice,stimulate the motivation of enterprises to accept teachers for enterprise practice,enhance the sense of responsibility of higher vocational colleges and universities,and strengthen the internal motivation of teachers for enterprise practice.
