摘要
研究目的:提出县域建设用地整治对策,助推县域新型城镇化建设。研究方法:文献研究法、熵权法、人均建设用地标准法。研究发现:2016-2020年间T县建设用地变化与人口变化协调程度较低,2018-2020年规划期内,T县中心城区范围内城镇低效用地再开发的可实现潜力为178.81公顷;2020年T县农村居民点整治潜力为12741.13公顷。研究结论:为加快县域城镇化建设,需强化城镇项目用地审查及监管,落实建设用地“增存挂钩”机制,同时要加快农村存量建设用地挖潜,推进农村宅基地“空间”置换。
Research purpose:Put forward the county-level construction land regulation countermeasures to promote the new-type county urbanization construction.Research methods:literature research,entropy weight method,per capita construction land standard method.The results show that the coordination degree between construction land change and population change is low in T County from2016 to 2020.During the planning period from 2018 to 2020,the realisable potential of urban low-efficiency land redevelopment within the central urban area of T county is 178.81 hectares.In 2020,the renovation potential of rural residential areas in T County is 12,741.13 hectares.Research conclusion:In order to accelerate the construction of county urbanization,it is necessary to strengthen the review and supervision of urban project land,implement the mechanism of "connecting with the increase of construction land",and accelerate the exploitation of the potential of rural construction land stock and promote the "space" replacement of rural residential land.
