摘要
隧道结构漏水问题对交通安全和基础设施持续运营构成威胁。注浆堵漏技术作为一种有效的漏水整治方法,受到广泛关注。然而,传统水泥注浆材料存在稳定性差、易开裂等问题。本研究旨在通过添加不同掺量的聚合物乳液改性水泥注浆材料,提高其流动性、凝结时间、强度和耐腐蚀性,以改善漏水整治效果。通过系统的实验研究,发现聚合物乳液的适量添加可显著提高改性注浆材料的流动性能,延缓凝结时间,并在一定程度上提高初期强度和耐腐蚀性。然而,过量添加可能导致材料性能下降。本研究为提高隧道漏水整治技术水平提供了实用性建议和理论支持。
The problem of water leakage in tunnel structures poses a threat to traffic safety and the continuous operation of infrastructure.Grouting and plugging technology,as an effective method for water leakage control,has received widespread attention.However,traditional cement grouting materials have problems such as poor stability and susceptibility to cracking.The purpose of this study is to improve the fluidity,setting time,strength and corrosion resistance of the polymer lotion modified cement grouting materials by adding different amounts of polymer emulsion,so as to improve the water leakage treatment effect.Through systematic experimental research,it is found that the proper addition of polymer lotion can significantly improve the flow performance of modified grouting materials,delay the setting time,and improve the initial strength and corrosion resistance to a certain extent.However,excessive addition may lead to a decrease in material properties.This study provides practical suggestions and theoretical support for improving the level of tunnel leakage control technology.
