摘要
本文以某印刷厂的生产流程为研究对象,首先对其基本的生产现状和公司的管理经营进行初步了解,在熟知基本的工艺流程后,对印刷厂生产过程中存在的问题进行分析,之后,对该厂生产线的物流强度和非物流强度进行综合考虑,通过和声遗传算法,发挥算法优势互补的特点,对印刷厂的生产线的布局进行改善,减少了生产线的搬运距离、降低了不必要的物流成本,提高了企业生产的效率,降低了物流搬运成本。
This article takes the production process of a printing factory as the research object.Firstly,a preliminary understanding of its basic production status and company management and operation is carried out.After familiarizing with the basic process flow,the problems existing in the production process of the printing factory are analyzed.Then,the logistics intensity and non logistics intensity of the production line of the factory are comprehensively considered.Through the complementary advantages of the harmony genetic algorithm,the layout of the production line of the printing factory is improved,reducing the transportation distance of the production line,unnecessary logistics costs,improving the efficiency of enterprise production,and reducing logistics transportation costs.
