基于构造复杂区厚煤层开采的技术研究

摘要 本文从资源回收入手,打破矿井多年来以上分层工作面开采边界为下分层工作面设计范围的固有定式,加大地质构造分析力度,改变巷道布置方式,优化工作面设计,着重考虑过断层期间的顶板和回采巷道外扩布置的支护安全。轨道巷掘进期间,加大层位调查和资料分析力度,根据探测成果及时绘制预想剖面图,分析前方掘进施工层位,保证回采期间破矸范围最少,资源回收率最大。保障了回采过程中对接场所及其附近的顶板完整、支护完好;合茬时工作面补切眼支架和运输机精确的对接。采取降低轨道巷层位和更换机尾两套6800支架的措施,减少破矸石厚度和范围,减少三角煤损失,提高煤质,为工作面过断层创造良好条件。 This paper starts with resource recovery,breaking the inherent formula that mining boundary of upper slicing face is designed range of lower slicing face for many years in mine.Strengthen the analysis of geological structure,change the layout of the roadway,optimize the design of the working face,especially consider the roof during the fault and the support safety of the layout of the mining roadway.During the excavation of the track roadway,the strata investigation and data analysis should be strengthened,and the anticipated cross section diagram should be drawn in time according to the exploration results.It ensures the integrity and support of the joint site and its adjacent roof in the process of mining.When the stubble is closed,the support of the cutting eye of the working surface is precisely connected with the transport machine.The measures of reducing the level of track roadway and replacing two sets of 6800 supports at the tail of the machine are taken to reduce the thickness and range of broken gangue,reduce the loss of triangular coal and improve the quality of coal,so as to create good conditions for working face to cross the fault.
