摘要
吸阻(也称为阻抗、压降),指卷烟燃吸后烟气通过烟支的阻力强度。由于吸阻极大影响着消费者吸烟时的感官体验,因此,吸阻合格率是成型车间滤棒生产的关键指标之一。本文基于生产细支滤棒某成型机组生产过程中的实际数据进行统计分析,采用描述统计与推断统计相结合的方法,挖掘数据信息。分析结果显示,调整开松机速比和圆周能够及时有效地调节吸阻,且在其他因素不变的情况下,开松机速比和吸阻呈正相关,圆周和吸阻呈负相关。由于圆周也是滤棒工艺质量的重要指标,因此,本文建议在实际操作过程中,优先调整开松机速比以达到稳定吸阻的目的。
Inhalation resistance(also called impedance,pressure drop) refers to the resistance strength of the smoke passing through the cigarette after the cigarette is burned.Since suction resistance greatly affects consumers' sensory experience when smoking,the suction resistance qualification rate is one of the key indicators for filter rod production in the molding workshop.This article is based on the statistical analysis of actual data during the production process of a certain molding unit for producing fine filter rods,and uses a method that combines descriptive statistics and inferential statistics to mine data information.The results show that adjusting the speed ratio and circumference of the opening machine can effectively adjust the suction resistance in time,and when other factors remain unchanged,the opening machine speed ratio is positively correlated with the suction resistance,and the circumference is negatively correlated with the suction resistance.Since the circumference is also an important indicator of the filter rod process quality,it is suggested that the speed ratio of the opening machine should be adjusted preferentially in the actual operation process to achieve the purpose of stable suction resistance.
