摘要
为了高效安全地用定向爆破拆除两座150m高的钢筋混凝土烟囱,针对高耸烟囱直径尺寸较大、结构强度高的结构力学特点,预先开凿了减荷槽和定向窗。通过设计合理的爆破切口、炸药单耗和起爆方式,实现了两座烟囱的准确定向倒塌。同时,对两座烟囱爆破过程中产生的爆炸震动、倒塌触地震动、个别飞石等进行了校核,并提出和采取了相应的控制和防护措施,取得了较好的爆破效果,可为类似的爆破拆除工程提供参考。
In order to efficiently and safely demolish two 150m high reinforced concrete chimneys using directional blasting,a load reduction groove and directional window were pre drilled in response to the structural mechanical characteristics of the towering chimneys with large diameter and high structural strength.By designing reasonable blasting cuts,explosive consumption,and detonation methods,accurate directional collapse of two chimneys was achieved.At the same time,the explosion vibration,collapse ground vibration,and individual flying stones generated during the blasting process of two chimneys were verified,and corresponding control and protection measures were proposed and taken,achieving good blasting effects and providing reference for similar blasting demolition projects.
