一种选煤厂煤泥压滤自动控制方法的设计与实现

摘要 煤泥滤饼在压滤过程中,往往存在着结构的非均匀性,即不同部分的含水量可能存在差异,这会导致整个滤饼含水量的测量和预测有一定的误差,影响选煤厂煤泥压滤自动控制的准确性,为此提出一种基于卷积神经网络的自动控制技术。分析煤泥压滤机的自动控制流程和PLC控制单元,网络通过传感器获取煤泥的实时数据,并通过PLC控制单元对压滤机的操作进行控制。网络不断接收新数据,并根据先前训练得到的模型进行实时预测和决策,以实现对压滤过程的自动调节和优化。通过卷积神经网络模型识别评价煤泥滤饼含水比例,作为压滤自动控制依据;引入PID控制算法,基于煤泥含水率和入料泵、入料管路、过滤板的动态特性,通过PLC自动控制技术实现动压控制。由实验可知,所提方法能精准识别煤泥滤饼含水量,在相同滤水流量和压滤时间环境下,煤泥压滤后含水量的极差值最小,上下波动最小,说明方法较为稳定,可实现压滤系统自动稳定运行。 During the pressure filtration process of coal slurry filter cake,there is often structural non-uniformity,which means that the water content of different parts may vary,which can lead to certain errors in measuring and predicting the water content of the entire filter cake,affecting the accuracy of automatic control of coal slurry pressure filtration in coal preparation plants.A convolutional neural network-based automatic control technology is proposed for this purpose.Analyze the automatic control process and PLC control unit of the coal slurry filter press.The network obtains real-time data of the coal slurry through sensors,and controls the operation of the filter press through the PLC control unit.The network continuously receives new data and makes real-time predictions and decisions based on previously trained models to achieve automatic adjustment and optimization of the filtration process.Using a convolutional neural network model to identify and evaluate the water content ratio of coal slurry filter cakes,as a basis for automatic control of pressure filtration;Introducing PID control algorithm,based on the dynamic characteristics of coal slurry moisture content and feed pump,feed pipeline,and filter plate,dynamic pressure control is achieved through PLC automatic control technology.From the experiment,it can be seen that the proposed method can accurately identify the water content of the coal slurry filter cake.Under the same filtration flow rate and filtration time environment,the range value of the water content of the coal slurry after filtration is the smallest,and the fluctuation is the smallest,indicating that the proposed method is relatively stable and can achieve automatic and stable operation of the filtration system.
