摘要
本文以全国12个能源企业为案例,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,基于一个内外部共同驱动的框架,探究不同前因条件对能源企业转型路径的联动效应。研究表明,转型意愿、网络能力、技术能力、政策支撑、资源环境和市场结构6个条件“多重并发”,共同形成驱动能源企业转型路径的多样化组态。本文基于组态视角探讨内外部不同因素驱动能源企业转型效用的提升路径,有助于深化理解能源企业转型背后的复杂机制,为能源企业如何提升转型效用提供系统性思维和实践指导。
This paper,taking 12 energy enterprises as examples,on a basis of fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method,explored the linkage effects of different antecedent conditions on transformation paths of energy enterprises within a framework driven by internal and external factors.The research showed that six multiple concurrent factors,including transformation willingness,network capability,technology capability,policy support,resource environment and market structure,came together to form a diversified configuration of transformation paths of energy enterprises.As a result,this paper,from the configuration perspective,exploring the efficient paths of how different internal and external factors promoted the transformation efficiency of energy enterprises,was helpful to deepen the understanding of the complex mechanism behind the transformation of energy enterprises,and could provide systematic thinking in and practical guidance on how to improve the transformation efficiency.
