中草药饲料添加剂对断奶仔猪应激综合征影响的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the effect of herbal feed additives on stress syndrome in weaned piglets

为研究中草药饲料添加剂对断奶仔猪应激综合征的影响,并为寻找抗生素替代品提供参考依据。本研究通过计算机检索中国知网、万方数据、Pubmed、Science direct四个数据库中2011年1月至2023年1月份发表的相关随机对照试验(RCT),采用Meta分析的方法,利用Review Manger 5.4软件的随机效应模型进行统计学分析并计算平均差(MD)与95%置信区间,最后分析纳入文献的发表偏倚。经过文献筛选,共纳入文献20篇,样本容量1146头。Meta分析结果表明:与对照组基础日粮相比,各种类型的中草药饲料添加剂总体上能够极显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重(提高17.6%,P<0.01)、平均日采食量(提高6.8%,P<0.01)、血液中总蛋白量(提高13.7%,P<0.01)、血液中免疫球蛋白含量(免疫球蛋白A提高12.5%、免疫球蛋白G提高15.1%、免疫球蛋白M提高10.0%,P<0.01),并极显著降低料重比(降低10.9%,P<0.01)与腹泻率(降低55.2%,P<0.01)。纳入文献具有一定发表偏倚但偏倚程度低,敏感性分析较为可靠。说明中草药饲料添加剂具有代替抗生素缓解断奶仔猪应激综合征的潜力。

To study the effect of herbal feed additives on stress syndrome in weaned piglets and to provide a reference for finding alternatives to antibiotics.In this study,relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)published from January 2011 to January 2023 in four databases,China Knowledge,Wanfang Data,Pubmed,and Science Direct,were searched by computer,and statistical analysis was performed using a random effects model with Review Manger 5.4 software using Meta-analysis and calculating the mean difference(MD)with 95%confidence intervals,and finally,the publication bias of the included literature was analyzed.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that,compared with the control group,the various types of herbal feed additives were able to significantly increase the average daily weight gain(17.6%,P<0.01),average daily feed intake(6.8%,P<0.01)and total protein in the blood(13.7%,P<0.01)of weaned piglets,blood immunoglobulin content(12.5%increase in immunoglobulin A,15.1%increase in immunoglobulin G,and 10.0%increase in immunoglobulin M,P<0.01)and a highly significant reduction in the feed-to-weight ratio(10.9%,P<0.01)and diarrhea rate(55.2%,P<0.01).The included literature had some publication bias but the degree of bias was low and the sensitivity analysis was more reliable.This suggested that herbal feed additives have the potential to replace antibiotics to alleviate stress syndrome in weaned piglets.
