三种饲料原料含水量对主要营养成分及赤霉素含量的影响

摘要 为研究35℃时玉米、豆粕和麦麸这3种饲料原料在不同含水量条件下储存对主要营养成分含量和发霉的影响,每种原料设立4个含水量组(14%、16%、18%、20%),然后将样品放入35℃恒温箱中储存,在第20天和40天检测其主要营养成分粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗灰分的含量,并在40 d时测量饲料中赤霉素含量。结果表明:储存过程中,饲料原料的粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量下降,粗灰分含量增加;粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量的变化和饲料原料中的含水量有着显著的线性关系(P<0.05);3种饲料原料中的赤霉素含量均呈一次线性增加趋势(P<0.05)。综上,饲料原料含水量越高,营养成分变化越大,赤霉素含量越高;储存时间越长,营养成分含量下降越多,赤霉素含量越高。这说明饲料原料的储存应尽量降低其含水量,并尽量避免长期储存。 The objective of the experiment was to investigate the effects of storage under varying moisture conditions on the main nutrient content and mold formation in corn,soybean meal and wheat bran,at a temperature of 35℃.Four different moisture content groups(14%,16%,18%and 20%)were established for each ingredient.The main nutrients,including crude protein,crude fat and crude ash,were measured on the 20th and 40th day of storage.Additionally,the erythromycin content in the feed was measured on the 40th day.The results showed that during storage,the crude protein and crude fat contents of the feed decreased,while the crude ash content increased.A significant linear relationship was observed between the changes in crude protein,crude fat crude ash contents and the water content in the feed(P<0.05).Furthermore,the gibberellin content in all three feed ingredients exhibited a consistent linear increasing trend(P<0.05).The results indicated that the higher the moisture content of the feed,the more pronounced the changes in nutrient content and the greater the erythromycin content.Additionally,with longer storage times,there was a greater decrease in nutrient content and an elevated gibberellin content.These findings emphasized the importance of minimizing water content in feed storage and avoiding prolonged storage whenever possible.
