烟道气辅助蒸汽吞吐的矿场实践与应用

摘要 烟道气是含碳燃料燃烧时产生的、从烟道或烟囱排出的气体,主要成分为N2、CO2以及少量O2,捕集处理后注入稠油储层,可起到补充地层能量、扩大蒸汽腔波及范围、提高蒸汽驱油效率等作用。林樊家油田林东馆三区块采用烟道气辅助蒸汽吞吐技术,累计实施烟气复合吞吐井18井次,与常规吞吐转周同期相比,累计增油3240t,油气比提高0.1,取得较好的效果,同时减少CO2排放433t。 Flue gas is the gas produced from the flue or chimney during the combustion of carbon-containing fuel.The main components are N2,CO2 and a small amount of O2.After being captured and treated,it is injected into the heavy oil reservoir to supplement the formation energy,expand the sweep range of the steam chamber,and improve the efficiency of steam displacement.Compared with the same period of the conventional huff cycle,the flue gas assisted steam huff has gained 3240 tons of oil,increased the oil-gas ratio by 0.1,achieved good results,and reduced 433 tons of CO2 emissions at the same time.
