用于音视频传输的高效压缩编码系统的设计和实现

摘要 提升广播电视主流媒体的影响力和竞争力,更好地满足人民群众对美好视听生活的新需求、新期待,达到国家广电总局高清、超高清制播能力要求,关键在于节目信号的传输。为实现高效、稳定、安全的音视频传输,设计并实现一个高效压缩编码系统成为具有重要研究价值的课题。现行标清广播电视普遍使用的音视频压缩编码技术为H.264、MEPG-2等,难以满足日益增长的音视频数据量实时、高质量传输的需求。因此,需要设计和实现一种高效、灵活、可扩展的压缩编码系统,以满足音视频传输需求。 The key to enhancing the influence and competitiveness of mainstream radio and television media,better meeting the new needs and expectations of the people for a better audio-visual life,and meeting the high-definition and ultra high definition broadcasting capabilities requirements of the State Administration of Radio,Film and Television,lies in the transmission of program signals.To achieve efficient,stable,and secure audio and video transmission,designing and implementing an efficient compression coding system has become an important research topic of great value.The audio and video compression encoding technologies commonly used in standard definition broadcasting and television are H.264,MEPG-2,etc.,which are difficult to meet the growing demand for real-time and high-quality transmission of audio and video data.Therefore,it is necessary to design and implement an efficient,flexible,and scalable compression coding system to meet the corresponding audio and video transmission requirements.
