智能控制在矿山机电一体化系统中的应用

摘要 智能控制能够对大量数据进行汇总,根据系统情况发出控制指令,目前在机械制造、数控等领域得到了广泛应用,在机电一体化系统中应用智能控制技术可以使系统具备更丰富的功能。基于此,分析智能控制的内涵、特点、类型,结合矿山机电一体化的需求,探讨使用智能控制系统的优势,并对如何应用智能控制技术加强矿山机电一体化控制展开研究,以期帮助技术人员更有效地利用矿山机电一体化系统,优化矿山的运作模式,提升矿山生产效率。 Intelligent control can perform a large amount of data aggregation and analysis,and issue control commands based on system conditions.It is currently widely used in fields such as mechanical manufacturing and numerical control.The application of intelligent control technology in mechatronics systems can enable the system to have richer functions.Based on this,analyze the connotation,characteristics,and types of intelligent control,combined with the needs of mining electromechanical integration,explore the advantages of using intelligent control systems,and conduct research on how to apply intelligent control technology and strengthen mining electromechanical integration control.In order to help technical personnel more effectively utilize the integrated mining electromechanical system,optimize the operation mode of the mine,and improve the production efficiency of the mine.
