摘要
原子荧光光谱法在测试痕量及超痕量中属于有效的方法之一,具备分析速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好等优势,在检验食品、饮用水、化妆品乃至冶金钢铁、临床医学及农业环境等领域中的应用相当广泛。原子荧光光度计属于重要的仪器设备。本文在阐述荧光光度计基本原理、检定方法的基础上,研究了仪器检定中的常见问题及解决方法,以供参考与借鉴。
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry is one of the effective methods in testing trace and super measurement,with the advantages of fast analysis,high sensitivity,good reproducibility,especially in the inspection of food,drinking water,cosmetics and even metallurgy and steel,clinical medicine and agricultural environment and other fields of application is quite extensive.Atomic fluorescence photometer is an important instrument and equipment,the paper research the instrument calibration of common problems and solutions for reference and reference based on the basic principles of fluorescence photometer,calibration methods.
