微观尺度下城市建筑运行碳排放监测评估和时空分析

摘要 目前城市碳排放研究中存在缺乏顾及城市扩张因素、研究尺度不够精细的问题,忽视了碳排放现象的空间异质性,容易导致“双碳”粗放式管理。本文基于狭义建筑物碳排放核算方法,融合建筑物电力、燃气能耗统计数据、城镇开发边界、兴趣点(POI)以及规划数据,对城市建筑碳排放的分布和强度进行精细化制图和时空分析,结果表明研究区在2010—2020年期间城市扩张了63.5%,总碳排放提升了3.74倍,其中工业用地、居住用地和商业用地等三类城市功能区为碳排放高值区域,并伴随工业转移、城市更新出现了碳排放空间移动和井喷式现象,同时超过一半的扩张区域为低碳排放,这与扩张区域低效用地和住宅低入住率等社会经济现象相关。本研究成果对决策部门开展碳排放精细化管理工作具有参考价值。 At present,there are some problems in the research of urban carbon emissions,including the lack of consideration for urban expansion factors and the insufficient research scale,which ignore the spatial heterogeneity of the carbon emission phenomenon,and these problems can easily lead to extensive management of"dual carbon".Based on the narrow accounting method of building carbon emissions,this paper integrated statistical data on building electricity and gas energy consumption,urban development boundaries,point of interest(POI)and planning data to finely map and spatio-temporally analyze the distribution and intensity of urban building carbon emissions.The results show that from 2010 to 2020,the study area experienced an urban expansion of 63.5%,and total carbon emissions increased by 3.74 times.Industrial land,residential land and commercial land are three types of urban functional areas with high carbon emissions,where carbon emission spatial movement and blowout phenomena have occurred with industrial transfer and urban renewal.At the same time,more than half of the expansion areas are low-carbon emissions,which is related to social and economic phenomena such as inefficient land use and low residential occupancy rates in the expansion areas.The results of this study provide a reference value for decision-making departments to conduct refined carbon emission management work.
