摘要
基于空间曲面成型理论,结合实际可转位刀片周边刃磨削系统,给出可转位刀片数学模型导入流程;提出一种可转位刀片周边圆弧过渡刃磨削刀位计算方法,实现非标可转位刀片的周边刃磨削代码的自动生成。通过仿真实验模拟加工,验证了建模方法的正确性。
Based on the theory of spatial surface forming and combined with the actual grinding system of the peripheral edge of the indexable inserts,a mathematical model import process for the indexable inserts is presented.A method for calculating the grinding tool position of the circular arc transition edge around an indexable inserts has been proposed.Implemented automatic generation of peripheral edge grinding code for non-standard indexable inserts.The correctness of the modeling method is verified through simulation experiments to simulate machining.
