冷却方式对钢筋混凝土黏结性能影响的试验研究

摘要 论文针对钢筋混凝土的黏结性能进行了试验研究,探究了不同冷却方式对黏结性能的影响。通过对钢筋混凝土试件进行高温试验以模拟火灾对试件黏结性能的退化影响,采用拉拔试验分析不同冷却方式下钢筋混凝土之间的黏结应力、极限滑移变化规律。拉拔试验表明:温度大于400℃时,不同冷却方式的黏结性能折减规律相近;温度小于400℃时喷水冷却对黏结界面的损伤程度更大,自然冷却试件的黏结强度比喷水冷却试件黏结强度大20.5%。 The bond properties of reinforced concrete were studied and the effects of different cooling methods on the bonding properties were also investigated.To simulate the degradation effect of fire on the bond properties of reinforced concrete specimens,the variation regular of bond stress and ultimate slip between reinforcement and concrete under different cooling methods was analyzed by pullout test.The pullout test shows that the reduction rules of bond properties of different cooling methods are similar when the temperature is higher than 400℃.When the temperature is less than 400℃,the damage degree of spray cooling on the bonding interface is greater,and the bond strength of natural cooling specimen is 20.5%higher than that of spray cooling specimen.
