摘要
论文设计了纯天然集料、钢渣+天然集料、钢渣+RAP(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement,RAP)+天然集料三种集料组成的AC-13沥青混合料进行马歇尔实验研究;在此基础上,采用表面活性剂型温拌剂对掺钢渣再生沥青混凝土进行温拌和路用性能研究。结果表明:钢渣作为粗集料替代天然集料,能够提升沥青混凝土的性能,同时对再生沥青混合料的性能也有改善作用;再生沥青混凝土中加入温拌剂,在降低施工温度的同时,使RAP中的老化沥青能够更好地与新沥青及再生剂融合,从而改善再生沥青混凝土的性能。
AC-13 asphalt mixture composed of pure natural aggregate,steel slag+natural aggregate,steel slag+RAP+natural aggregate were designed for Marshall experiment.On this basis,the pavement performance of reclaimed asphalt concrete mixed with steel slag was studied by using surface active mixture type warm mixing agent.The results show that steel slag as coarse aggregate instead of natural aggregate can improve the performance of asphalt concrete,and also improve the performance of recycled asphalt mixture.By adding warm mixing agent to recycled asphalt concrete,the aging asphalt in RAP can be better integrated with new asphalt and regenerant while reducing the construction temperature,so as to improve the performance of recycled asphalt concrete.
