我国花椰菜和西蓝花出口东盟贸易潜力及发展对策研究

Research on the trade potential and development suggestions of exporting cauliflower and broccoli from China to ASEAN

东盟是我国花椰菜和西蓝花出口的重要目标市场。从主要出口东盟国家、出口贸易规模与价格等方面出发,对我国花椰菜和西蓝花出口东盟贸易发展现状进行分析,并选取贸易结合度指数和贸易互补性指数等2项指标,分别从贸易关系紧密程度和贸易互补性强弱程度等不同维度对我国花椰菜和西蓝花出口东盟贸易潜力进行客观评价与比较分析。研究结果表明,在2016—2021年期间,我国对东盟的花椰菜和西蓝花出口贸易规模整体呈波动性增长,平均出口价格逐年上涨的发展趋势比较明显。与此同时,从综合评价结果来看,我国花椰菜和西蓝花出口与东盟进口的贸易关系日趋紧密但贸易互补性较弱,需要进一步加快我国在蔬菜出口方面的转型升级。最后,从加快种业自主创新、建设标准化种植基地、优化出口产品结构等方面提出促进我国花椰菜和西蓝花出口东盟贸易发展的政策建议。

ASEAN is an important target market for the export of cauliflower and broccoli in China.By analyzing the development status of China’s cauliflower and broccoli exports to ASEAN from the perspectives of major export to ASEAN countries,export trade scale and prices,two indicators,namely the trade integration index and trade complementarity index,were selected to analyze the current development status of China's cauliflower and broccoli exports to ASEAN,and to objectively evaluate and compare the trade potential from different dimensions,such as the degree of trade relations and trade complementarity.The research results indicates that from 2016 to 2021,China’s overall export trade scale of cauliflower and broccoli to ASEAN shows a fluctuating growth,and the average export price shows a significant trend of increasing year by year.At the same time,from the comprehensive evaluation results,the trade relationship between China’s cauliflower and broccoli exports and ASEAN imports is becoming increasingly close,but the trade complementarity is very weak.So it is necessary to further accelerate China's transformation and upgrading in vegetable exports.Finally,policy suggestions are proposed to promote the development of China’s cauliflower and broccoli exports to ASEAN trade by accelerating independent innovation in the seed industry,building standardized planting bases,and optimizing the export product structure.
