摘要
在新工科背景下,培养德才兼备的工程人才是食品类专业人才培养的根本任务,全面推进课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。目前高校食品类专业课程思政建设存在一些有待解决的问题,包括课程思政目标系统性不够、教师思政育人能力不足、专业教育教学方法单一以及课程思政教学效果评价的有效性有限等。为了提高食品工程科技人才的培养质量,食品类专业应该在构建系统性课程思政目标体系、强化专业教师的思政意识和思政工作能力、创新课程思政教学模式和健全课程思政评价体系等几个方面加强课程思政建设。
Under the background of new engineering,it is the fundamental task to train the engineering talents with both virtue and ability.Comprehensively promoting morality cultivation in course instruction is a strategic measure to carry out the fundamental task of moral education.At present,there are some problems to be solved in constructing morality cultivation in course instruction in colleges and universities,including the lack of systematic objectives,the insufficient ability of teachers in morality cultivation,single teaching method of professional education as well as limited effectiveness of evaluation of the teaching effect of morality cultivation.In order to improve the quality of training talents in food engineering science and technology,food majors should strengthen the construction of morality cultivation in course instruction in several aspects,which includes building a systematic curriculum morality cultivation target system,strengthening professional teachers’morality cultivation awareness and work ability in teaching,innovating teaching mode and perfecting evaluation system of morality cultivation in course instruction.
