规范与德性之辨:规范德育与德性德育之融合

摘要 规范德育与德性德育是德育的两种范式。前者强调道德的社会性、外在性、他律性;后者强调道德的个体性、内在性、自律性。因此,规范德育与德性德育具有互补性而不能相互取代。为了应对社会变革对传统德育的冲击,提升德育的实效性,必须实现规范德育与德性德育的有机融合,在道德规范教育中实施认同、内化规范和德性养成的实践性德育,使学生知善、爱善、行善,是德育的最佳路径选择。 Normative moral education and moral education of virtue are two kinds of moral education paradigms.They come from different moral considerations and have different theoretical origins.The former emphasizes the social,external and heteronomy of morality and the external value of moral education,while the latter emphasizes the individual,internal and self-discipline of morality and the inner value of moral education.Both of them have their own unique advantages and limitations,so the standard moral education and moral education of virtue can not replace each other.In order to cope with the impact of social change on traditional moral education and enhance its effectiveness,we must realize the organic integration of standard moral education and moral education of virtue.This is the best choice for moral education.
