摘要
文章建立地下空间建筑信息模型(BIM),实现对地下空间的三维可视化;创建地下空间协作施工模式,促成从设计理念到施工实施直至最终验收的全程追踪;利用BIM技术进行碰撞检测,识别和解决地下空间设计方案中的潜在冲突;进行地下空间可视化设计,将设计方案直观地呈现给相关人员。将BIM技术应用于实际地下空间开发工程,工程施工进度的偏差率较低,在施工进度控制方面优势显著。
In this paper,building information model(BIM)of underground space is established to realize three-dimensional visualization of underground space.A cooperative construction mode of underground space is created to promote the whole process of tracking from design concept to construction implementation to final acceptance.BIM technology is used for collision detection to identify and solve potential conflicts in underground space design schemes.Visual design of underground space is carried out,and the design scheme is presented to relevant personnel intuitively.When BIM technology is applied to the actual underground space development project,the deviation rate of construction progress is low,and it has obvious advantages in construction progress control.
